RGS is a real estate organisation and is a part of the extremely well known Sukhwani Real Estate group. When we initiated marketing, the client had a total of 6 projects out of which 2 of them were ongoing, 2 were associate and 2 were upcoming projects. The brand needed to be introduced online and wanted a digital presence. Our strategy revolved around creating a full fledged website with individual pages and brochures for every project. We also inlcuded the schedule a site visit option for ease of customers. For social media, we created a content calendar associated with all the real estate elements such as quotes, latest articles, project updates etc. Our approach helped create brand awareness and was a great supporting campaign at a time when the client was running aggressive outdoor campaigns.
